Arnold founded Peak Counsel, Inc., in 1995. Prior to starting Peak Counsel Arnold was a practitioner in a major New York City law firm, general counsel to a large public company and director of business development at a mid-town firm. He is a frequent keynote speaker on the subject of temporary attorney employment at the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and at many placement industry and law firm association meetings. Arnold is widely quoted as an expert in the field, with representative articles in the New York Times, the New York Law Journal and the Wall Street Journal. Arnold graduated from the University of Rochester, BA cum laude, and has a JD degree from The University of Chicago Law School where he was a National Honor Scholar. He resides in Manhattan with his wife, Dr. Barbara J. Berg. They have three children. |
