Dale V. Kesler was recently elected as a Director in February 2007. Mr. Kesler had formerly served as a Director of Aleris since 2002 and up to the merger in December 2006. Mr. Kesler retired in 1995 as a partner of the professional accounting firm Arthur Andersen LLP. He served as that firm�s Dallas office accounting and audit division head from 1973 through 1982 and as the managing partner of the Dallas office from 1983 through 1994. Mr. Kesler also serves as a director of ElkCorp, Triad Hospitals, Inc. and CellStar Corp. He is a member of the Audit Committee of each of these companies; a member of the Compensation Committee and Corporate Governance Committee of ElkCorp; and a member of the Compliance Committee of Triad Hospitals. |
