Mr. Struwas was one of the original founders of the Company and, since November 2005, has served as the Company�s President and Chief Executive Officer, and as a director. During his initial tenure with the Company, he served as President from November 1998 to November 2000, as a director and Chief Executive Officer from January 1999 to April 2004, and as Chairman of the Board of Directors from November 2000 to April 2004. He has also served as a consultant in the telecommunications industry, and has held key positions with Brooks Fiber-Worldcom, where he served as General Manager from January 1997 to August 1998, and with Southern New England Telecommunications Corporation (now part of AT&T), where he served in various positions from May 1980 to January 1997, most recently as Director of Marketing. |
