David L. Stover was elected Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company on August 1, 2006. Prior thereto, he served as Senior Vice President of the Company and was responsible for the Company�s North America Division since July 27, 2004. Prior thereto, Mr. Stover served as the Company�s Vice President of Business Development since December 16, 2002. Previous to his employment with the Company, he was employed by BP America, Inc. as Vice President, Gulf of Mexico Shelf from September 2000 to August 2002. Prior to joining BP, Mr. Stover was employed by Vastar, as Area Manager for Gulf of Mexico Shelf from April 1999 to September 2000, and prior thereto, as Area Manager for Oklahoma/Arklatex from January 1994 to April 1999. From 1979 to 1994, he held various positions with ARCO. |
