David S. Pepe is a Managing Director of DTZ Rockwood and leads the firm�s Orlando office. With over 25 years experience in the investment real estate business, Mr. Pepe has been responsible for the sale, development, leasing and/or construction of over 10 million square feet of commercial property and over 9,000 residential units. Prior to joining DTZ Rockwood, Mr. Pepe spent 10 years as a Director with Cushman & Wakefield�s Financial Services Group. Mr. Pepe has successfully completed over 100 exclusive investment sales and corporate services assignments totaling over $2.5 billion. Mr. Pepe holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Economics from Rollins College, Florida and went on to pursue his Masters Degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida. |
