Mr. Perry is a shareholder in the Firm�s Labor and Employment Group. He focuses his practice on ERISA and employee benefits, tax law, and business matters. He represents a diverse group of clients in all areas of employee benefits and tax law. In his employee benefits practice, Mr. Perry assists clients in all aspects of implementing and maintaining pension, welfare benefit, cafeteria and executive compensation plans as well as handling fiduciary and plan compliance issues such as filings and corrections with the Internal Revenue Service and the Department of Labor.
