David Tenenbaum, Vice President, has focused his practice over the past 15 years on the valuation of intellectual property (IP) and other intangible assets in both litigation and transactional contexts. In the IP litigation area, he has substantial experience leading engagements that involve the preparation and evaluation of claims for economic loss, including patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret matters. In such assignments, Mr. Tenenbaum typically assists clients in the areas of discovery planning and execution, document management, accounting and financial analysis, damages calculations, and evaluation of opposing experts� damages analysis. In addition, Mr. Tenenbaum frequently works on engagements involving the valuation of IP and other intangible assets for acquisitions, new ventures, licensing, and tax planning. He brings to these engagements his extensive experience in financial statement analysis, market research, new product introduction, and strategic marketing. Mr. Tenenbaum has addressed professional and academic groups on numerous occasions, lecturing on topics such as intangible asset valuation and economic damages in IP litigation. |
