Dean H. Grant, founder of Grant Financial Group, has over 15 years experience in the financial services business. Dean Grant began his career as an investment advisor and business planner in 1987. Since that time he has counseled numerous business owners and high net worth families in the issues of estate tax planning and business succession planning. Mr. Grant specializes in helping business owners with the particular issues related to arranging the transition of a successful business either through sale or through bequest to future generations. He has also worked extensively in the area of estate tax planning to include the psychological and family dynamic issues that occur when dealing with families and finances. Mr. Grant works closely with attorneys and CPA�s to ensure effective and efficient planning in these areas of specialization. His clients have enjoyed significant tax savings and appropriate peace-of-mind through the work and planning that has been initiated. A graduate of Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville, Georgia with a B. S. in Biology with minors in Chemistry and Finance, Mr. Grant received his Masters degree from The American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania in 2001. He received his certificate in Business Succession Planning in 2001 and his designation as a Chartered Life Underwriter in 2003. Mr. Grant not only consults privately, but also enjoys sharing his knowledge with colleagues and the public. He has spoken at numerous industry meetings and has written several published articles. Dean is a Life and Qualifying Member of the Million Dollar Round Table The premiere organization for Insurance and Financial Advisors where he has been a member of the Top of the Table for the past three years (less than 1% of the industry qualify for this) with numerous Court of the Table accomplishments. Dean is a Foundation Knight with the Million Dollar Round Table and is also active on the Georgia Military College Foundation where he is a board member. |
