Dennis Carlton has been involved in CBM since 1989. From 1995 through September 2004, he served as a director and worked in several senior executive positions with Evergreen Resources, Inc., serving most recently as Executive Vice President, Exploration and Chief Operating Officer, as well as President of Evergreen Operating Corp. His primary responsibilities included management of all geoscience, engineering, land matters and domestic and international business development activities. Since October 2004, when Evergreen was acquired by Pioneer Natural Resources, Inc., Mr. Carlton has served as a technical and business advisor to Pioneer's Western Division. Prior to joining Evergreen, he held positions in several companies including Mobil Oil Corporation. Mr. Carlton's career and knowledge base in CBM spans a vast geographic area including the Rocky Mountain Basins, Mid-Continent, United Kingdom and Alaska. His efforts in the Raton Basin with Evergreen were recognized when he was named the Rocky Mountain Association of Geologists� Outstanding Explorer in 2000. |
