Diane is director of finance at BusinessEdge Solutions. Diane has overseen and directed all aspects of the company�s financial and accounting reporting since the inception of the company in 1999. Diane was formerly the director of finance for the U.S. division of a large multi-national consulting firm responsible for more than $400 million in revenue. Prior to this, Diane was the accounting and billing manager for TRECOM Business Systems, a New Jersey based systems integration and consulting firm. Diane began her accounting and financial career as a staff and senior auditor for Price Waterhouse out of their NJ practice group. Diane earned a B.S. degree in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Teaneck, New Jersey. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey. |
