Donald P. Moore was appointed to the Zi Corporation board of directors in August of 2004. Donald brings extensive financial and business experience to the Zi board.
Donald is an attorney at Holland & Knight, LLP, an international law firm with approximately 1,200 lawyers. He is also a principal in, and a director of, Fundamental Management Corporation, a general partner of investment partnerships concentrating on publicly traded, small-capitalization, value investments. Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Donald�s business and professional experience has included: senior financial and legal positions at Miami-based Ryder System, Inc., a Fortune 500 provider of worldwide transportation, logistics and supply chain management solutions (1992-1996); and corporate securities lawyer with the law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges (1989-1992).
Donald graduated Cum Laude from the University of Michigan Law School at Ann Arbor and as Valedictorian from the University of Miami where he obtained a master's degree in business administration with a specialization in international business. He also has a bachelor of arts degree with a major in political science from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.
