Elizabeth Bauz� is a senior associate in the Global Technology Transactions Group of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and is based in London. Ms. Bauz� practices in all areas of technology and outsourcing law and has extensive experience in e-commerce, Internet and new media law, software and intellectual property licensing, strategic alliances, joint ventures and private equity transactions.
Ms. Bauz� has represented many large and multinational companies in their outsourcing and technology transactions, including the NHS National Programme for IT, the world's largest civil IT project, Deutsche Bank, Bombardier Transportation, BellSouth, Alcatel and the British Department of Health.
Ms. Bauz� is a frequent lecturer on outsourcing and technology-related topics and is the author of articles describing issues in these areas.
Ms. Bauz� received an A.B. from Duke University and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. She is admitted to the bar in New York and in England. |
