As Executive Vice President of Marketing and Communications for BearingPoint Elizabeth S. Palmer leads global marketing brand advertising media relations internal communications and corporate and financial communications. Mrs. Palmer previously was Vice President of Global Communications for BearingPoint a position she has held since 2006. Mrs. Palmer has more than 20 years of executive-level public relations government affairs and marketing experience and has a broad public affairs background including at the White House. Prior to joining BearingPoint in 2006 Mrs. Palmer was the region vice president of Public Relations for AT&T where she oversaw external relations media affairs public policy and philanthropy in the Southeastern United States. Prior to joining AT&T Mrs. Palmer had an extensive communications career in the energy sector. In addition to serving on the staff�s of three United States Secretaries of Energy Palmer worked for NAC International Inc. a nuclear services and transportation company where she served in a variety of capacities including government affairs marketing and communications.
