Ernie Keith is vice president, Worldwide Operational Excellence, Arrow Global Components, with responsibility for logistics, Continuous Process Improvement, Business Process Outsourcing and Voice of the Supplier and Voice of the Customer initiatives.
Prior to joining Arrow in 2006, Keith held a successful career at Hewlett-Packard Company for 18 years. During his time at HP, Keith held a variety of engineering and management roles in research & development, marketing, manufacturing and customer service including: vice president, Corporate Quality and Process Excellence; vice president and general manager, HP�s Imaging and Printing Services business; general manager, Client and Printer Support Services; manager, Service Development; and manager, Technical Marketing, LaserJet Group. Keith began his career at Chevron Corporation as a design and construction engineer.
Keith holds a bachelor of science degree in both mechanical engineering and electrical engineering from the University of Idaho.
