Dr. Florian Vogel is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery Rechtsanw�lte Steuerberater LLP, based in its Munich office. His practice focuses on commercial contracting and litigation as well as on compliance counseling. Florian advises mainly client from the IT, technology, media and telecommunications industries as well as their customers on all kind of complex projects, including outsourcing, licensing joint ventures, research and development, marketing and the development or acquisitions of technology. He is skilled negotiator and an experienced trial attorney. Florian is a is a member of the German telecom, media and technology (TMT) practice group. Florian's practice also includes compliance work. He concentrates om private investigations and the development and implementation of corporate compliance programs.
