Francis Memole, Sr. Vice President, AutoVue, has served as the Company's Vice President of Vehicle Sensors since December 1998. From June 1997 to December 1998, Mr. Memole served as the Company�s Marketing Director. Since joining Iteris, he has been the visionary and catalyst for the Company�s In-Vehicle Systems business. Mr. Memole established joint development agreements with Mercedes and Freightliner and an exclusive OEM relationship with Ford. Prior to joining Iteris, he was one of the founding members of the Rockwell Transportation Systems business. While there, Mr. Memole started two new business initiatives, which now include key aspects of Iteris, including Transportation Systems and In-Vehicle Systems.
Mr. Memole holds a B.S.E.E. from the University of South Florida and an M.B.A. from Claremont Graduate School.
