Frank J. Ready is President and CEO of Armstrong Floor Products (AFP) North America a division of Armstrong World Industries headquartered in Lancaster PA. Armstrong is a global leader in the design and manufacture of floors ceilings and cabinets.
Mr. Ready is a member of Armstrong�s Office of the Chairman which works to manage change across lines of business and functional areas.
Since joining the company in 1983 Mr. Ready has had a diverse and well-rounded background with Armstrong. He began his career in Building Products Operations Sales progressing through positions in Marketing until joining the Floor Products division in 1993. He served in a number of positions of increasing responsibility culminating in his appointment as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing Armstrong Floor Products.
His experience in Armstrong�s floor business is extensive. He worked in sales and marketing with Big Box customers builders and independent retailers as well as briefly overseeing AFP�s manufacturing operations.
A native of Cherry Hill NJ Mr. Ready earned a Bachelor�s degree in Business Administration from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster PA. He and his wife Debra reside with their three children in Lititz PA.
