Geoff is a Senior Vice President and Office Manager for Johnson Capital�s Central Los Angeles Office. He has been with Johnson Capital for over 13 years specializing in commercial, hotel, multifamily and marina financing including the advisory and placement of; acquisition debt, bridge/construction financing, "construction to perm" financing, short term and long term permanent finance, mezzanine debt and structured finance. Arrobio also advises clients who have a need for joint venture and/or equity. He has personally advised and secured over $1.3 billion worth of transactions during his tenure. Geoff joined Johnson Capital in February 1994 after working for Jones Lang LaSalle as a real estate analyst and Bear Stearns & Co., Inc. Los Angeles as a stock broker.
Geoff is a graduate of the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business with a B.S. degree in real estate and international finance, Fall 1991. He attended the University of Utah during his freshman year and was a member of the University of Utah Football Team 1987-88 and the University of Southern California Baseball Team 1988-89. Geoff was also the Treasurer of USC's Sigma Chi Fraternity 1990 thru 1991. His business affiliations include; ICSC, USC Business Alumni Association, Mortgage Bankers Association Member, and a Licensed California Real Estate Broker since 1998. Geoff is a Founding Member, acting Board Member and Treasurer of the Men's Guild of USC/Childrens Hospital Los Angeles ("MGCHLA").
