Mr. Vose is Senior Vice President and a member of CEC�s three-person Chief Operating Team. He has more than 30 years of experience in the public safety field. Joining CiviGenics� in 2002 as Executive Vice President, he had oversight of day-to-day operations, directly supervising CiviGenics� four Regional Directors and three business units. He is a former Director of the Rhode Island Department of Corrections under two state administrations. He built the first 17 years of his career as a corrections professional with the Massachusetts Department of Corrections, rising through the ranks to lead the agency as its Commissioner in the late 1980s. Mr. Vose is widely recognized as an expert on correctional practices and is also an accomplished advocate for public safety, as a consultant to the National Institute of Corrections and a variety of state and national governments. Mr. Vose has held executive committee assignments with the Association of State Correctional Administrators, including President of the Northeast Region. |
