Experience:
Gianluca Bacchiocchi is a partner in Mayer Brown�s Latin American practice. He is currently located in the S�o Paulo office and focuses on representing issuers and underwriters in various international transactions, including public and private issuances of asset-backed securities, private issuances of future-flow backed securities, and project bond financings. His work in these financings includes Regulation 144A and Regulation S issuances.
In addition, Gianluca assists lenders with international debt restructurings and general secured and unsecured lending arrangements. Reflecting this cross-border practice, his language capabilities include Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Notable Engagements:
In 2007, Gianluca acted on the first Mexican mortgage-backed cross-border securitization, the award-winning Lima Airport Partners project bond financing, a future-flow securitization for Banco de Cr�dito del Peru, and several toll road financings, including the award-winning IIRSA Sur Tramo 2 and 3 project.
