Mr. Ray became a member of our Board of Directors in December 2002. Mr. Ray was a partner of the law firm of O�Melveny & Myers LLP until his retirement in February 2000. Mr. Ray is a member of the boards of Watson Wyatt Worldwide Inc.; IHOP Corp.; Automobile Club of Southern California; Sierra Monolithics Inc. and Diamond Rock Hospitality Company. Mr. Ray is also a trustee of SunAmerica Series Trust; Seasons Series Trust; The John Randolph Haynes and Dora Haynes Foundation and St. John�s Health Center Foundation. |
