Gordon C. Green (President/Chief Systems Architect), is a founder and principal at UPI and the creator/developer of PC-SURS�, CS-SURS, and J-SURS. He designed and developed the first PC-based SURS, called PC-SURS�, in 1989 and went on to develop the client server version (CS-SURS) in 1996. Primarily involved in new system design and development, he has managed the development and design of our systems in all ten of the CS-SURS/J-SURS implementations. This includes experience in managing and designing system solutions that must be scaled for histories ranging from 60 million to 350 million claims and encounters. |
