Greg Memo is the Vice President and General Manager for the Consumer Business Organization at Linksys, a division of Cisco Systems, Inc. Memo has been with the company since October 2006 and oversees product development, product marketing and engineering for the line of Linksys Connected Home solutions. He leads in driving the vision for and product development of Linksys consumer technologies. Memo has more than 18 years experience in the consumer technology industry in which he previously served as the Senior Vice President of Products, Marketing and Web for Gateway. He was responsible for all aspects of product marketing and engineering, strategic alliance and marketing. He also served as Senior Vice President of Products and Operations at Gateway as well as eMachines. He led the integration of eMachines� products and operations into Gateway in 2004. Greg Memo has also served in various executive positions including the President and COO of Alta Vista, VP and GM of Consumer Mobile Products Group at Compaq, President of Arima Computer USA and various positions at Apple Computer. Memo reports to J. Michael Pocock, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Linksys. Memo has Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University and a Master of Business Administration from San Jose State University |
