Gregory M. Shaw is a partner in the Firm�s Corporate Department and is based in London. Greg has extensive experience in capital markets finance, including equity offerings, investment grade and high yield debt offerings and asset-backed securities offerings.
Greg was born in Newark, New Jersey. He joined Cravath in 1980 and became a partner in 1987. Before moving to the Firm�s London office, Greg was head of Cravath�s asset-backed securities group.
