Dr. Krippner joined ChemGenex in January 2007 to establish and lead the company�s medicinal chemistry group. Dr Krippner has 12 years experience as a senior medicinal chemist within the Australian biotechnology sector, and has been Head of Chemistry for Starpharma and Prana Biotechnology and worked in the medicinal chemistry group at Biota Holdings. After obtaining his PhD at The University of Adelaide in 1991, Guy held post-doctoral positions at Oxford University and the University of Sydney in the field of biological organic chemistry. Guy has authored more than 20 publications in international research journals, has contributed to the development of several molecules that are currently in clinical development and and is a named inventor on numerous medicinal chemistry patents. |
