e-Rewards is the newest venture of relationship management and rewards program pioneer Hal Brierley. As a consultant to American Airlines, Brierley helped architect the airline industry's first successful frequent flier program AAdvantage�.Brierley's career began in 1969 when he co-founded Epsilon Data Management, Inc., one of the nation's leading database marketing firms and a specialist in Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Building on his years of CRM experience at Epsilon, he was named Vice President of Sales and Advertising for Pan American World Airways, where he launched the extremely successful WorldPass program. Brierley later served as Senior Vice President of Marketing for Continental Airlines. Brierley parlayed his airline loyalty experience into the 1985 launch of Brierley & Partners, one of the world's leading customer loyalty firms. As CEO, he directed the agency's loyalty design and implementation efforts for brands such as AT&T, Blockbuster, Hilton, Hertz, Hyatt, Sony, United Airlines, UPS and Vail Resorts. Currently, Brierley serves on the Executive Board of the Dallas Symphony, the Dallas Opera, the Center for the Performing Arts and the Boards of the Fort Worth/Dallas Ballet, and KERA TV. He has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Associates at the Harvard Business School, where he graduated with high honors in 1968. |
