Hans Ambos joined the management board of the former iQ Power Technology Inc. in 1999 and has been a member of the present iQ Power AG board of directors since November 2004. He is responsible for the company�s strategic planning and external relations.
His vast experience includes assignments with Daimler-Benz Aerospace, the German Defense Ministry, Dornier Aerospace, the NATO Multi-Role Combat Aircraft (MRCA) Management Agency (NAMMA) and the NATO Industrial Advisory Group (NIAG). When he was responsible for corporate strategy at Daimler-Benz Aerospace, Hans Ambos reported directly to J�rgen Schrempp, the former chairman of the board and CEO of the DaimlerChrysler Group.
Ambos brings along not only profound management expertise from the world of high-tech and development, but also superb contacts to industry and government institutions. He is a board member of the International Society for Innovation at the University of Bern (Switzerland) and the Forum for Aerospace in Bonn/Berlin, which is an entity of the Aerospace Parliamentary Committee of the German Bundestag.
Hans Ambos holds a degree in aerospace engineering from the Technical University of Berlin. |
