In the autumn of 1987, Mr. Lilja started SIMS activities in Malm�, Sweden. Since then, he has had recruitment assignments in many different sectors from banking to the engineering industry In recent years, assignments in the export industry, medical and IT/Telecommunications have been dominant.

He trained as an engineer and has a BA in economics. He worked both as a designer and Personnel Manager / Management Developer for just over 20 years in Swedish industry before joining SIMS/Signium International.

In total, he has approximately 30 years experience as a manager during the same period and is a partner in SIMS AB. In his leisure time, Mr. Lilja plays some golf and enjoys sailing.
