Jarrod Wachter serves as Operations Manager for the Utility Division at Midwest Electric, responsible for providing financial analysis on productivity, estimating support, customer relationship management, and the continuing assessment and development of field leadership.Jarrod graduated from the University of Dayton with a bachelor�s degree in business administration with a focus on management information systems. While at UD he was co-captain of the varsity football team, earning All-Conference and All-American honors. During his career he helped lead the Flyers to an overall record of 37-8 including three conference championships and one Div. 1AA Mid-Major National Championship. Prior to joining Midwest Electric, Jarrod worked at Park National Bank and was involved in a management training program which allowed him routine exposure to senior executives. As a retail loan officer, he served as assistant manager at two locations and as a loan officer in the mortgage department. During his last assignment, he worked on a management team that brought a new retail banking branch to profitability in half of the expected time frame. Jarrod is a volunteer with City Year Service Alliance, teaching basic computer skills to community members in a joint program with the Columbus Public Schools. He is also an annual supporter of Junior Achievement of Central Ohio. |
