Jeff leads Sparkplug operations with more than 18 years of experience in the telecommunications industry as operator, investor and investment banker for cellular, PCC, rural local exchange carriers, inter-exchange carriers and fixed wireless companies. Prior to Telespectra�s merger with Sparkplug and Prairie iNet, Jeff was CEO of Telespectra, having joined the company in early 2005. Prior to that, he served as CFO for Extend America, a Nextel service provider. Prior to that, he was Managing Director at Koch Ventures, and Vice President at First Union Capital Markets leading the investment of $1.5 billion of growth and acquisition capital in more than 50 telecommunications and media companies. Jeff has a BS from Wichita State University and an M.B.A from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
