Jesse Saglio is a Vice President of the firm�s corporate advisory practice.
Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Saglio spent five years in the New York office of Lazard covering a variety of industries including media, consumer, transportation, electrical equipment and utilities. Prior to Lazard Mr. Saglio worked at Morgan Stanley as a financial analyst in the Natural Resources group.
Representative transactions include Schneider Electric�s acquisition of Power Measurement, Cerberus Capital�s investment in Air Canada, HotJobs� sale to Yahoo!, Fimalac�s acquisition of Duff & Phelps, Austin Quality Food�s sale to Keebler, Infogrames� acquisition of GT Interactive and Hasbro Interactive, and Molson�s acquisition of Molson USA from Miller.
Mr. Saglio received a B.S. from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School. |
