Ms. Determan is a member of the firm�s oil and gas litigation practice group. Her litigation experience includes the representation of oil companies in the defense of claims make by landholders regarding property contamination, pipeline matters, bankruptcy matters, commerical litigation and other business disputes. Ms. Determan also developed an alternate dispute resolution for a non-profit consumer protection organization. Ms. Determan received a law degree and certificate in environmental law from Tulane University. Additionally, she served as the extern at the National Labor Relations Board. Ms. Determan is admitted to practice in Louisiana, New York, and New Jersey and is a member of the Louisiana, New Orleans, and American Bar Associations. She previously served as chairman of the Public Access and Consumer Protection Committee of the Louisiana Bar Association and is a current member of that committee. |
