Kay Napier was elected to the CHP board of trustees in 2002. She also serves on the boards of Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio; Alberto Culver Company; Third Wave Technologies; and Mentor Corporation and on the Board of Visitors for Wake Forest Calloway Business School.
Ms. Napier is a retired vice president of The Procter & Gamble Company, where she spent 23 years. She was head of the North American Pharmaceutical business, and led the corporate women�s health program. Ms. Napier is widely credited with the successful launch of Actonel, a novel drug for osteoporosis, and P&G�s fastest growing brand to $1 billion.
She most recently spent over three years as senior vice president, Marketing, for McDonald�s Corporation and was an important contributor to the recent significant turnaround of the company through her launch in both the United States and Europe of the Premium Salads. She also developed the Healthy Lifestyles program for the company, leading to many positive changes resulting in business success.
Ms. Napier earned a bachelor of arts degree from Georgetown University with a double major in economics and studio fine arts. She has an MBA from Xavier University in marketing and finance. |
