Katrina heads our East Coast office outside of Washington, DC. She brings over 15 years of expertise in executive talent acquisition to CMD and our clients. Her prior experience in the Retail and Hospitality industries enables her to align talent acquisition strategies to the client�s culture and environment. Before joining CMD and associates, Katrina worked seven (7) years with Circuit City Inc., in various Human Resources roles in both the corporate and field environments. Her most recent position was a Regional Human Resources Manager. Katrina has proven success in optimizing organizational growth, productivity and efficiency. Before Circuit City, Katrina was a District Manager with a nationwide jewelry company. She holds a BA Degree from Eastern Michigan University and has her PHR certification from the Society of Human Resources Management. She and her husband live in Maryland with their two sons and one daughter
