Kees A. Hulstein, Chief Executive Officer. is the Managing Partner of Lloyd Prescott & Churchill. His personal executive search practice focuses on senior executives and attorneys. Additionally, he is responsible for business development and the execution of the firm's business process.

Kees has over twenty-six years of multi-industry experience. He has consulted with dozens of small and midsize public and private corporations and has successfully led several companies through major change processes such as acquisitions, divestitures, downsizing, restructuring, and building new businesses overseas and globalization. As a senior executive, Kees worked for Warner Lambert, Avery Dennison and IMRglobal, Inc.

Kees has been responsible for the planning and execution of a great variety of domestic and global staffing solutions.

Kees Hulstein, a US citizen, is a native of the Netherlands. He has traveled extensively around the world and has visited almost fifty countries on four continents.

Kees is an alumnus of the 'Vrije Universiteit" of Amsterdam and holds a Masters degree from the University of Leiden, the Netherlands.
