Keith Hubber joined BG Group plc in 2001 and is responsible for all matters relating to the Board, its committees and governance. Prior to becoming Company Secretary on 5 November 2007, he held a number of roles within the Group�s Legal Department. He acted as General Counsel from May to November 2007, having previously been Chief Counsel, Corporate from July 2004. Before joining BG Group, he worked as a lawyer in private practice in both London and Bristol following service as an officer in the Royal Navy. |
