Keith Wasley is executive vice president of State Street Global Advisors (SSgA) and is responsible for the Human Resources (HR) function globally, including development and execution of SSgA's recruitment, retention, talent management and succession planning strategies.
Mr. Wasley joined State Street in 1991. Prior to joining SSgA, Mr. Wasley managed Leadership & Change, State Street's learning and organization development function. In that capacity, he had responsibility for managing State Street's talent management and succession planning process.
Over the past ten years at State Street, Mr. Wasley served as a Senior HR Business Partner for a variety of State Street business and functional areas. In this role, Mr. Wasley had responsibility for growing and developing the global HR function in support of State Street's business and geography expansion. Additionally, Mr. Wasley�s team was charged with consulting to business leaders on the development of strategies, programs and policies to ensure that State Street's people and business goals were effectively achieved.
Mr. Wasley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in management and organizational behavior from Babson College. He serves as a member of SSgA's Executive Management Group.
