Mr. Williams is a shareholder in the Firm�s Real Estate Group. He focuses his practice on representing lenders, developers and investors in the obtaining of zoning approvals, the closing of land and building purchases and the closing of construction or permanent loans to finance or refinance real estate developments and purchases. His practice includes work with a variety of residential, commercial, office building, shopping center, hotel, industrial, REIT, casino and sports arena developments including those in Redevelopment Areas . Loan restructuring, project workouts and the representation and protection of creditors� interests are also part of his practice. His experience also extends to the creation, conversion and operation of planned unit development, condominium and cooperative housing projects including their registration for sale with regulatory authorities.
