Mr. Kenneth P. Slosser is a Senior Managing Director and co-head of the Financial Institutions Investment Banking Group for Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co., Inc. Mr. Slosser is responsible for coordinating the firm�s investment banking and corporate finance efforts with respect to financial services companies, including depository institutions, mortgage and specialty REITs, mortgage companies, and other specialty finance companies. In this regard, Mr. Slosser is involved in initial public offerings, public secondary offerings and private placements. He also advises companies on mergers and acquisitions and provides financial advisory and valuation services to clients. Mr. Slosser is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and events.
Prior to joining Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co., Inc., in 1996, Mr. Slosser served as an Assistant Director with the Office of Thrift Supervision. While there, he had primary oversight responsibility for savings institutions and savings institution holding companies located in California, Arizona and Nevada, including the nation�s largest and most troubled institutions. During his tenure with the OTS, Mr. Slosser was directly responsible for several significant private sector transactions resulting in the successful acquisition, restructuring or recapitalization of distressed financial institutions. |
