Throughout his consulting and banking career, Ken has created demonstrable value, while building broad experience across a number of disciplines, including strategy, operations and risk management. Ken has served major banking and specialty finance firms, both as a consultant and as a senior executive, responsible for areas such as Capital Markets, CFO, Operations, IT, Credit and Risk Management.
Ken has extensive experience in leading large, complex strategy and transformational change assignments for major financial institutions. For example, he developed strategies for margin improvement of a major sub-prime mortgage lender, which resulted in a 30% margin increase.
Ken has depth across business lines, including consumer, commercial, payments, operations and risk.
Functionally, Ken has delivered value in business strategy, MIS, operations improvement (including BPO), post merger integration and risk management program design and implementation.
Ken has spoken at major conferences, including the MBA and BITS, and has been on several advisory boards, including Fannie Mae�s regional board.
Prior to joining FMCG, Ken had been both a consultant and financial services executive, at firms such as Deloitte Consulting and ABN AMRO.
Ken holds an MBA in Finance, with honors, from Fordham University Graduate School of Business. |
