Ken Saunders joined Open Solutions in January 2006 as EVP & CFO. Prior to joining Open Solutions Mr. Saunders served as executive vice president and chief financial officer for Peregrine Systems Inc. which was recently acquired by Hewlett-Packard Company. He had joined Peregrine in August 2004 as executive vice president with interim responsibilities for managing the company�s financial operations and infrastructure until he transitioned to the role of Chief Financial Officer. He was appointed EVP and CFO on November 1 2004 and was instrumental in the successful turnaround of this company. |
