Kerry Killinger has been one of our directors since January 2003. He is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Washington Mutual, Inc., a financial services company, and served as that company�s Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer from 1991 through January 2005. He began serving as the President and as a director of that company in 1988, as its Chief Executive Officer in 1990, and as its Chairman of the Board of Directors in 1991. |
