Kevin J. Grehan is a partner in the Firm�s Corporate Department. He has a broad corporate and real estate practice, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, private equity funds, joint ventures, venture capital and financings.
Kevin was born in Mount Kisco, New York. He joined Cravath in 1981 and became a partner in 1988.
