Kevin joined Converge in 2000 and leads global financial operations and strategy. He has more than 20 years of progressive financial experience in public accounting and the private sector. Kevin has a diverse background in managing accounting, finance and corporate matters at both domestic and international companies. His experience includes acquisitions, financing, tax and intellectual property. Kevin is also responsible for IT, legal and corporate governance matters at Converge. Prior to joining Converge, Kevin held a number of senior financial management positions, including director of finance at Catholic Healthcare West and audit manager at Ernst & Young. Kevin holds a bachelor�s degree in commerce and accounting from Santa Clara University and a master�s in health services administration from Saint Mary�s College of California. |
