Kevin Knight is Senior Vice President - Planning for United. He is based at the company's headquarters in Chicago.
Named to the position in December 2006, he is responsible for all aspects of United and United Express network planning, aircraft scheduling and revenue management, which includes both pricing and allocation of the airline�s seat inventory.
Prior to this, Knight was vice president-Resource Planning, where he was responsible for route planning, scheduling and capacity planning for United�s domestic and international network, Ted and United Express. Previously, he held a position in Marketing as director-Brand and Product Development. Knight has also served in a variety of management positions with responsibility for schedule planning, United Express, customer relations, product development and market research at United. Before joining United in 1993, he served as director of international planning for Northwest Airlines and was responsible for planning Northwest's international operation and developing global alliances.
Knight holds a master's degree from the University of Utah and a bachelor's degree from Westminster College. |
