Kevin T. O�Brien, a member of the firm, devotes his practice primarily to banking, finance, and real estate matters.
A substantial portion of his practice is dedicated to representing major lending institutions in financing transactions. The nature of the transactions ranges from financings of corporate acquisitions to real estate construction financings, to multi-currency financings, to asset-based loans, to industrial-revenue bond financings, to letters of credit. His experience includes the representation of agent banks in syndicated credit facilities. He also has considerable experience in the workout of loans in default.
Kevin also practices in the area of commercial real estate. He has represented clients in the acquisition, sale and leasing of properties of various types, including office buildings, manufacturing facilities, and hotels.
