Ms. Meints has served as the Company�s director since August 2003. Since January 2005 and from August 1999 until September 2003 she served as the Chief Financial Officer of Chicago Systems Group Inc. a technology consulting firm based in Chicago Illinois. From October 2003 through December 2004 Ms. Meints served as Chief Financial Officer of Peter Rabbit Farms a carrot & vegetable farming business in Southern California. From January 1998 until August 1999 she was Interim Chief Financial Officer for Cordon Corporation a start-up services company. Ms. Meints was Group Finance Director for Avery Dennison Corporation (AVY) a New York Stock Exchange listed company that is a multi-national manufacturer of consumer and industrial products from March 1996 until December 1997. From February 1977 until June 1995 she held a variety of financial positions at SmithKline Beecham Corporation including the Director of Finance Worldwide Manufacturing Animal Health Products; and Manager of Accounting and Budgets for Norden Laboratories Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary. She received a bachelors degree in accounting from Wayne State College in 1975 and a masters degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska in 1984 |
