Laura is responsible for presenting the story of Pivotal's services and impact to audiences around the world. As a key member of our leadership team, she has been instrumental in planning, designing and describing the rationale for our innovative Change Leadership system. She also works with Pivotal clients to help them share their successes with internal and external stakeholders.
A native of Belgium, Laura started her career in New York with ITT Corporation. Returning to Brussels, she joined ITT Sheraton (predecessor to our client Starwood Hotels) where she worked successfully to renew the image of the Sheraton Brussels Hotel & Towers, the largest Sheraton property in Europe. While with ITT Sheraton, she participated in the process improvement initiative that later influenced Starwood's adoption of Six Sigma in 2000.
Laura broadened her communication and marketing experience with l'Oreal in Belgium, where she focused on luxury Haircare brands. Moving to the US, she spent three years with the innovative educational toy company LeapFrog, where she focused on building the firm's distribution and brand across Europe, as well as coordinating efforts with LeapFrog's Asia-based manufacturers to better serve the needs of the EU toy market.
Laura earned her Law degree from one of the oldest European universities, l' Universit� Catholique de Louvain, Belgium. |
