Laurel Dismukes is responsible for the oversight and administration of the company�s health and welfare benefit and stock option plans, employee retirement education and serves as an advisor to the company�s Administrative Committee. She joined the company in 1983 and previously held the position of Controller. Dismukes has served as the chair of the California Telephone Association�s Interexchange Carrier Relations Committee for five years, on the Accounting and Cost Allocation Team for the United States Telephone Association's Finance Committee, as a member of the Industry Advisory Group for the National Exchange Carrier Association and on the Board of Directors of the Roseville Arts Center. She graduated with a bachelor of arts degree in economics from California State University, Sacramento.
