Experience
Before joining Pierce Atwood in 2003, Larry was a partner in the Litigation Department at the Hampton, New Hampshire law firm of Sanders & McDermott, where he was the practice manager for that firm�s Commercial Litigation practice.
Larry�s practice involves the litigation of commercial disputes, including construction, employment, contracts, environmental, bankruptcy, and general business. He represents clients before the state and federal courts in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, as well as before private dispute resolution forums.
Education
Larry graduated with an A.B., magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa from Washington University in St. Louis (1978) and earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law (1981).
Professional Activities
Larry is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and is a past president of the Rockingham County Bar Association.
Bar Admissions
A member of the New Hampshire and Massachusetts State Bars, Larry is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, District of New Hampshire; the U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts; and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
